Weekend will kick-off at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 5th, and culminate on Sunday, April 7th at 2:00pm.

Nearby hotels can be found in Abbottstown, Hanover, and Gettysburg (a little farther, but greater variety).
If you prefer to stay right at the event premises, we have a limited number of rooms or camping gear available. These will go fast:

Bedroom suite #1 – King bed with full bathroom en-suite. French doors provide lots of light with shades for privacy. ($170 total for Fri. & Sat.). RESERVED- No longer available

Bedroom #2 – Queen bed. This room is across the hall from a bathroom which would be shared with another room. ($130 total for Fri. & Sat.) RESERVED- No longer available

​(3) Full set-up camping sites for up to (2) couples and one single (1). Very comfortable camping with roomy tents, sleeping pads, bags, & chairs. ($60 total each set-up for Fri. & Sat.) Email to reserve

30% cancellation refund from 3/1/24 – 3/15/24 (11:59 pm ET)
No refunds after 3/15/24, however, you are welcome to gift your entrance to a soulful friend.
